My Approach
As a therapist trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I focus on the emotional bond between partners. EFT-C is a highly effective, research-backed approach that helps couples move away from cycles of blame and criticism and toward deeper connection.
Alongside EFT, I may also draw from:
